There are none so blind as those who will not see*
National Highways do not simply state an image has not been tampered with but that neither they nor Kier Highways would know how to. The information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) accepts this explanation.
However, the image (above) has been tampered with and image alteration is child’s play! What has Highways England, now National Highways, to hide and why is the ICO supportive of the Authority and unable or unwilling to understand about images?
