Overstatement & Inability to Price Consistently
To compile a bill to a third party (driver, fleet or insurer), Kier Highways use a schedule of defined costs. However, to date, whilst these costs are claimed from the at fault driver, their fleet operator or insurer, Kier and Highways England have refused to release the figures. A Third Party must therefore accept at face value the sums and is unable to make informed decision.
To date, not one invoice presented to CMA by Kier or Highways England is considered accurate.
