04/02/2018 – The charity Cycling UK has said that a proposed ban on cycling on a road in the UK is the “thin end of the wedge” and that it is “entirely unreasonable and lacks both evidence and analysis.”  Cycling UK, which has made an official response to the proposals, says they run contrary to government and Highways England policy and set a dangerous precedent.
