190907 Request Referral of Complaints to an Independent Complaints Assessor (ICA)

07/09/2019 – to Highways England:

My complaints have been ignored. The first stage was not the subject of a consideration, the second stage was similarly ignored; there has been no review communicated. You write that the ‘maximum’ period in which I can expect a reply is 15 working days but fail to act in accordance with these statements and provided no update.

All complaints post-date the issues I raised with my MP in 2016 and are with the Ombudsman, that is to say that they are separate, new.

I am now asking you to refer my complaints to an Independent Complaints Assessor (ICA). A brief overview in support of my request is as follows – click here.
